"Delivery from this location is a complete joke. A year ago, I received my online delivery order well over an hour after ordering. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered today. An hour goes by, no food. I call the store to cancel my order and it hadn't even left the store yet. Zero communication. No apology. Freaky fast??"

"I waited in the drive thru for 20 min and one car moved, I swiftly pulled out of the line. This is my second try at this location and the first time was equally disappointing. I have no idea how it’s still open. Will not go back."

"They delivered my online order that I placed two hours in advance, two hours late with no form of communication whatsoever. The food, once it arrived, was disgusting. You could tell it had been sitting out for hours. Absolutely ridiculous as this is the second time I’ve experienced this with this specific location. Their excuse both times when I called to figure out where my order was, was that they were understaffed. I try to be empathetic with situations like that, however, you had 2 hours to put together and deliver an order with one sandwich………. Make it make sense."

"These guys are a joke! The place never pay attention to the order. Once they mess up your order, they won't fix, or reimburse your money. Beware! They're very rude, and didn't finish school. So their math is very different from yours. Very bad experience, and will not deal with this particular location. PS manager doesn't care. He's just as much of a thief as they are."

"Wow!!!!! Another bad review with bad service. I order from this place all the time. They've messed up consistently. I've also gave them the change to make it right. They would rather argue with a customer that's faithful then to fix their mistakes. BEWARE!!!! This location is the worse, and doesn't value their customers. Pass this on guys. Opps maybe you don't have to. You'll find out soon."
