"I ordered Pollo loco and it should be smothered in queso and it isn't. My mom's order should have came with mushrooms and no onions and peppers. Hers came with peppers, no mushrooms. When my mom mentioned that the order wasn't right, they didn't opt to solve it, they just said that their online menu is different than their actual restaurant menu....then why do you have a website? Poor, poor customer service. Don't recommend. Will not be coming back."
