"I went yesterday for a brow threading, tint, and lamination. They thinned out my eyebrows a bit too much for my liking. When she asked if I liked them, I said they were a bit too round and thin for me, but there wasn't much we could do at that point. She moved onto the tint and asked if I would like them dark or lighter. I said lighter, I prefer a more natural looking color. She did the darker tint and said it matched my hair better. And it emphasized the round curve and thin brow. She asked if I liked it, I said it was a bit too dark. She took off a bit, but they were still black. We moved onto the lamination. It helped take off some more of the tint and gave me a better shape. I think the lamination really saved it in the end. The process was a little rough on my eyebrows, I felt like she was scraping my eyebrows off, so there's a lot of redness and tenderness. Some of the hairs were in the wrong direction, so she had to go over them twice. I hope some of the irritation goes away after a few days. I added some makeup to match them up a bit and fill in some gaps because one was thinner than the other. I'm feeling a bit better about them. Just maybe not for the price. At the end, I paid about $195 for the quality. I feel like I had my hopes up with some of the pictures I saw, but now I'm wondering if those are actually their clients or pictures they got from stock photos. I'm hoping that in a few days, they'll look a bit more natural."

"I went to get my eyebrows done today and I had a terrible result. My eyebrows are so thin uneven and with no shape. Ive had my eyebrows done and not liked them but this is the first time I literally cried about the result. She didn't ask me if I wanted them 90s style thin but thats what I got. I've been going here for over 2 years and usually they are good but now I'll go to a different salon. For $25 + tip they should probably ask what you want. I gave them 2 stars because I've been coming here on and off for over 2 years and although it's gotten progressively worse they were great at one time."

"First time I came here I had a great experience. This time not so much the case. I asked for threading and tinting and this other girl just took my full brows and made them so thin and then she just filled them with tint and said to wash it off at home! I live 3 hours away and made this one of my planned stops to have her pluck my eyebrows to a thin line!!! I even told her they were way too thin and she just laughed it off and asked me to pay. I just hurried up and payed and left as fast as I could. I'm literally sitting in the parking lot crying about my eyebrows that no longer exist!"
