"I wish I would have got her name but I didn’t. It was a purple haired girl working the counter on 12/2/23. My normal hair place was closed so I stopped in to see if they take walk ins. She said they do but they won’t be able to get me in until around noon. I didn’t want to wait that long so I left. I live out of town so going home and coming back wasn’t an option. After thinking about it for a while I decided I could run some errands and waste some time and make noon work. I called and asked if they still had availability at noon. She said “Just come in then. “ I assumed that meant I have a noon reservation. After wasting time for two hours and coming back in she tells me it going to be quite a wait. I told her I had called and asked if we can come in at noon. She told me they don’t take reservations over the phone. If that is the case then why didn’t you tell me that? She may be the best hairstylist in the world but I’ll never know because you won’t ever see me in there again."
