"Worst experience at Perkins. The bacon was so thin you could almost see through it. We each ordered 2 slices bacon and each received one and a half. The English muffin was doughy and not good, possibly the worst I've ever had. There's a line somewhere between businesslike and brusque. The greeter crossed it. Service is more than just taking orders and delivering food - the waitress needs to learn this. The atmosphere score was reduced from the normal 4 that Perkins would get because the music choice was designed to irritate as much as possible."

"Our waitress Jennifer was very busy but completely ignored us did not ask us if we wanted a refill of pop or anything. We asked her for boxes for our food she forgot all about us then continued to help and have conversations with other customers. When I was out of patients to get her attention I said hey can we get our boxes. She got all huffy. Came out with our boxes. Said to me my name is Jennifer you can call me Jennifer instead of Hey… well if I would have known her name if she would have had any time to come to our table and do her job I may have been able to see her name tag.. She was rude to me, we go to that Perkins all the time. This the first time I have ever been treated badly."

"Food was okay at best, nothing special. Manager was rude. Won't be coming back. Update: Returned for one more visit and still not worth more than one star. Brought our children with us this time, overheard employees cursing around our children and plates brought out late. While we were really hoping to have a decent family night, this did not pan out well. Maybe if people here had a bit more respect for families, then maybe some of us would leave better reviews of their establishment."

"Breakfast at Perkins was such a nice break from morning hotel offerings. The omelets were deliciously chubby, full of bacon, cheese, onions and bell peppers. And their own tater tots, with bits of onion, wow! We'll definitely eat at Perkins restaurants again."

"The experience was okay. Had been here for a morning brunch. The waiter hardly checked on us. We had ordered omelette and since we do not consume bacon had asked to swap it for chicken but unfortunately found a piece of bacon and it was disappointing. However, their blueberry bash was super yummy and a must try."
