"I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only onions and pickles. And a large Fry. We received the order with everything on the burger. We don’t live in this area we live in Norwalk and we had to turn around in the maze of buildings out there because I could smell the ketchup coming from the bag( I’m allergic to tomatoes) the receipt had the appropriate order but the cooks made it wrong. The girl at the counter was very nice but the guys in the back said “ what does she want!” So rude! I just want the sandwich I ordered. I love Bbops but this one definitely has been scratched off the list of my go to. The guy who took our order didn’t even speak to us only to tell us the cost. We said thank you and he closed the window. A little customer service goes along ways."

"B-Bop’s is the perfect place to get a burger, fries and a shake. Whenever I’m in Des Moines, this is a must stop for me. Enjoyed this location because it had a nice area to sit down and eat a days worth of calories in one meal. Also, they had a nice bathroom to snap some quick selfies for the ‘gram letting people know you were eating Bops."

"We stopped in here on our way back home. The establishment is clean and chilled perfectly for summer. The employee who took our order was friendly and quick, just what we wanted. The pop machine kind of sucked, the mt dew needed the syrup changed or something I had to dump it and get Pepsi but when I pushed the lever with the cup there was stuff spilling out the top all over my hand. The food was pretty great and came out quickly, nice and hot. We don’t have one of these back home so it was fun to try something new and we weren’t disappointed! Definitely worth a stop."

"This newest B-Bop's location has both outside and inside dining. I was in a rush so I went through the drive thru shortly after they opened. I got a simple burger and fries. The burger was good. 1/4 lb patty, lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mustard and mayo. A little messy but flavorful. The fries were decent. I got the nacho cheese to dip them in.
