"DONT STAY HERE, Dirty rooms, im on my third room after being switched due to disgust. Im in town for business, night stand wasn't clean previous spill on the night stand then I noticed "frosting" like drip down the side of the night stand. I'm tired of changing rooms. They should be paying guest to stay here."

"It was alright for a one night stay. However we only had one bath towel, there was 3 of us in the room. The bathroom could have been cleaned up better. Breakfast was ok. My son liked the waffles. The pool needs to be cleaned up maybe even redone. The walls and floor of the pool and hot tub were so rough. It hurt my legs sitting in the hot tub and my son scratched up his knuckles to the point of bleeding. That was the end of pool fun. As we were leaving we could see stuff at the bottom of the pool so maybe better it was cut short."

"We had a very nice overnight stay at your hotel. But in particular the service staff for the kitchen Sunday morning was warm and friendly, as well as the desk manager Merideth who was extremely helpfull to me personally. I had left my coat by mistake, not finding out until returning to Colorado. The housekeeping staff had secured the coat and Merideth was instrumental in getting it to a friend for pick up. I greatly appreciate all the Iowan friendliness and assistance. We will be visiting your facility again."

"It was AWFUL we stayed for an event and everyone's room at to be switched due to them not being cleaned , that took about an hour. We got our new rooms and they weren't better. The blankets had stains, and there were dead BUGS under the pull out couch. The temp wouldn't change it was at 61 all night. 0/10 do not stay here."
