"I ordered 10 boxes of dog dewormer. I never received it. I called Pets Supplies Delivered and they basically told me that once it leaves their hands, it is no longer their responsibility. I call USPS and they told me since the package is not insured, there is nothing they can do about it. Pet Supplies Delivered got their money, USPS got their money; I am the only one out $100! I am so beyond disappointed. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Update…. I finally received the order that was placed on 21Oct23 on 05Nov23. Originally the post office told me that since there was no insurance on the package, there was nothing they could do about it. But apparently, they delivered it to the incorrect address which was eventually returned to the post office. The reason for the 3 star is because of the customer service. They were nonchalant and offered no assistance when I was trying to locate my package. My advice to all is get insurance on the package; especially if going through the USPS. They are known to dump mail they do not feel like delivering"

"Do not buy vaccines here. I put in an order for 2 feline vaccines and they got here warm as ice packs melted so can't use them. Called today to have them send new ones and they wanted to recharge me plus have me pay an additional $35 for overnight shipping now. I would have been willing to pay the extra shipping but not paying again for the vaccines!"
