"Our service today was outstanding. Sierra was great with offering suggestions, it had been a long time since we've been to an outback. Food was good, wish the hubby had gotten something different to try something else. Loved the shrimp."

"With this location, you never really know what you are going to get. Sometimes, the service and food are great. Other times, they are poor. They always have different servers. There seems to be a lot of turnover at this location. Tonight, we got there around 4:45pm. There were two other parties were eating at that time, but that was it. The server tried to sit us right next to one of the other parties there. I didn't want to sit right up under someone else like that, so I asked if we could have another close booth. They accommodated the requests. Four other parties came in after us. They sat us all in one corner of the restaurant. There were little kids in the booths surrounding us who were not on their best behavior. We could hear everything that was being said by other parties. We could even smell cigarettes on some of the other people. I don't know why they hey smoosh everyone in one section like that, but it was uncomfortable. I couldn't enjoy the time with my family. Our order came out later than the other parties which was strange because we were the first ones there and it was only 3 of us while another table had about 6 people and got their food before us. The server refilled their drinks a few times, but not ours. If that wasn't bad enough, my order was wrong. I received the wrong sides with my steak. I ordered the mushrooms to go on top of my steak. I love those mushrooms, but this time, they were nothing but grease. I took my steak home and put the mushrooms on top before I left the restaurant. Those mushrooms ruined my steak. Very upset by his visit. They need to work on consistency."

"Wait staff was very friendly. Our drinks never ran dry and food was brought promptly. Manager did a great job fixing issues we had with our meal. Food was good but not great. Mac and cheese especially was just yellow noodles and lacked taste. Probably more of a brand issue than a restaurant issue. Big props to the great staff."

"Me and my brother stopped in today for a breakfast lunch and we had Tina as our server. Food was excellent and came quick. Tina was very hospitable and prompt at all points of the dining experience. Great service all around. The Gingerbread Tini was also amazing!"
