"Ive been to splash pads that have more activities to do for kids. This one is the closest to a wading pool you can get. 1.2 ft. Animals arent allowed around the pool. Which sucks because they get hot too. Wasnt too packed when we went, but befan to get busy about 9, and no one allowed in the water until 10. Sharp. And the "lifeguard" posted here brings her kid to work, so all you hear is her arguing with her kid all day, and not really doing much besides telling you, quite rudely, what your kids cant do. All while paying more attention to her phone. Carousel was open at 11 as well which took a lot of attention away from the park. Rocket slide is still closed for maintenance... this"

"The older lady who works here is so awful she spent the whole time talking to people and not watching kids she started an argument with me in front of my kid then threatened to call the cops. She then continued to talk about how she hated working with kids and this job. In all honesty I don’t feel comfortable with someone watching my kid if they don’t even like kids or their job this is absolutely the worst “life guard I have ever met"

"It was a nice day to go to the park. My grandchildren were having a good time. Then some bigger kids came and started bullying the smaller children. So we packed up and left. Not worth getting in an argument or something worse."

"Fun, deep enough for Littles to practice swim, but shallow enough to be safe for even littler ones. Lifeguard on duty today, but not always one here, so parents should be responsible."

"This park is a gem! The Rocket Slide is a must! The historic carousel is only $0.50 a ride and a great way to rest. Then there is a great splash pad and puddle pool with 2 playgrounds right by it and restrooms. Tables and benches for the parents, and best of all it's completely FREE for the park and splashpad"
