"If you have an option to go to a different swim school then I would do so. First if all it’s not a very kid friendly environment if your kid is not in a class and you have another toddler or a baby with you, who is an explorer as there is no designated area for them to play or keep busy ( have maybe a toddler table with some crayons and coloring paper). You can bring a stroller to strap then in but main doors are not push button open, so if you bring a stroller, you are struggling to keep the doors open and push the stroller in as well. Also, the cabinets by the sink area are not child proof so you are also busy trying to make sure your 16 month old is not getting into them. Even in general if there was no 16 month old, it’s a good idea to childproof stuff where majority of your guests are kids. The staff is friendly overall with exception to few and appears the management lacks some common sense. During one particular day, they had closed off one area of the facility due to some dinner event later in the evening. Mind you they closed off the area that has the changing rooms and most of the bathrooms ( not sure who’s executive decision it was to close off the changing rooms at a swim school?!) and you can only imagine the chaos when there are more than 10 kids trying to get into dry clothes and then there are more incoming kids trying to get into one bathroom. Not only that my son had to use the bathroom so one of the instructors said we can use the bathroom that in the pool area when I get there they said it’ll closed and directed me to use the bathroom on the closed off side and when I get there another staff tells me (rudely) I can’t use those bathrooms while I’m dragging a wet kid and a 16 month old all over their facility. So that what I mean by poor management- poor communication among staff and poor executive decision making! To close off the changing rooms at a swim school is beyond me!"

"Personal coaches and kids classes are nice and my kids loved it, do not enter into a contract with them for discounts as they are not worth it. The company has the vibe of a place looking to help but it is still a company and the owner is only looking for money. The only saving grace is the employees who try their best to actually help."

"My 9 year old daughter took level 4, then level 5, swim lessons at Natavi. She improved tremendously in only a few months of weekly group lessons. The staff was helpful and friendly and I loved how the instructors gave me an update after every lesson. The facility itself is new, modern and always very clean. As an older kiddo, she appreciated that the environment felt more mature and wasn’t solely focused on toddlers. We also enjoyed the family swim a few times during the cold months. The water was always the perfect temp and the pool deck is heated. We highly recommend!"

"We have both our kids in swim lessons. I absolutely love this facility! They are always cleaning and keeping up with protocol for Covid! The instructors are younger but they are excellent with the kids, and I almost feel like we are paying for private lessons when the classes are smaller which i love! My kids absolutely love coming to swim lessons and it's a great clean place for swim lessons! thank you"
