"Very disappointed! I had my appointment with this company 2/22/2021 and paid for the service. I didnt have my banking information so I was asked to call Mike on his personal cell when I got home. I called less than a hour after with my banking information. Today I called the IRS to check you status of my refund and I was shocked to find out they hadn't been filed!!! I called Mike today....he tells me it's been rough for them and they have been very busy.
