"Very very rude pharmacy! Every time I need to order something for my nebulizer I never get a call when it’s ready or why after days of them getting the script it’s not filled! (I honestly wished Nebraska medicine pharmacy had medical equipment but they don’t so I have to come here to get it unfortunately) Tonight I called to get an update on my order since Monday morning my doctor office sent them my script and they said they needed my dr to send more information on why an what i needed it for (replacement nebulizer tubing and mask) its Friday evening today and now I have to wait until Monday to let my clinic know. The lady at the pharmacy said when I asked why did no one call me yesterday to tell me they had an issue with script (that would have been Thursday so 3 days after getting my script in they were trying to fill it an had an issue) so I could have had my doctor fix it today? Her response was well I have 120 patients needing things and if I had time to call everyone I would but I don’t ! Like wow so u need less customers coming to ur pharmacy because u can’t handle the load then ? ! Okay I will find a different pharmacy because the customer service here sucks! This is the 3rd time I had to come here and each time it’s a different issue but all experiences the employees have been very rude each time! Feels like that hate their jobs tbh and customers are more of a burden to them! Avoid this location on 50th Dodge!"
"Had a great experience getting a stairlift installed in my house. Robert was helpful getting everything set up and answering my questions, and Cory did a great job with installation and explaining how to use it to my mother, letting her ride it a few times, and adjusting the seat for her."
"Nick is AWESOME!!! He is very professional and it was a pleasure to meet him. Thank you so much for your services on the HOTTEST day!"
"The management is disrespectful to their own staff. The pharmacist made a rude comment about a staff member’s work ethics to me, which was totally unwarranted. Snide comments about someone is never acceptable. If it’s a training issue, it should be taken out up with the staff not discussed with customers. In times like this it’s great to have someone just to show up to work. People are overworked but to be degraded on a job is unacceptable. The clerk was attentive and very helpful."
"Wow, we will never return to this pharmacy again after our experience today. I made an appointment for my two children (under five) to receive their COVID vaccines between 3-4pm. We arrived and I handed over their information at 3:10PM. After waiting a bit, a gal asked if we had any other insurance information and I gave her a different card. After waiting longer I asked about the status of their vaccinations. At this point, the initial woman helping us was helping other customers in the store. The gal who responded to my question said that only one of their informations had been inputted. so she started to work on inputting their information? At 3:40 the pharmacist came out and said he was ready, but only had one of their sets of information. At this point I asked the gal what was taking so long and she said she was still putting in their information. We finally got back at 3:50 for their shots. I told the pharmacist I was disappointed with the wait considering I had an appointment and two young children were getting their vaccines. He said something like computers and blah blah he was running doing other things. NO APOLOGY. I expect more from a pharmacy that requires appointments and a lot of information beforehand and more considering I had two young children with me. There weren’t even that many people in the store! But plenty of people behind the counter. I can’t imagine if there were six people who actually filled the available spots for vaccines in the hour how they would service them all considering how they currently operate. We will definitely be getting the second shot in their series at another pharmacy after their poor excuse for customer service."
