"Yes, to activate prescriptions you do have to wait sometimes a long time, but I am getting prescriptions at zero cost to me. People I have spoken with at the base pharmacy are very professional and helpful. To those that aren’t willing to be slightly inconvenienced, go to a civilian pharmacy and pay for your prescription."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a RX for the 29th of April and was told I had to wait until may 1 because of it being a Monday. I had to call my doctor back to get it switched to a different pharmacy. Wish I left my prescription where it was the first time. Not all people are bad there. But others are not well mannered and RUDE!!!!"

"Wait lines are crazy. The fact that they don’t automatically fill prescriptions once sent over by your provider is even worse. And god forbid you have to speak to some one on the phone. I waited an hour and by the time it was my turn in the queue I got hung up on. Needs better management or better plan to handle volume of patients."
