Walmart Pharmacy

"The pharmacist on staff refused to dispense an anti anxiety med I have been taking for years. I am recovering from a spinal cord injury and the medication I take, is usually filled at a different pharmacy. It was transferred to this pharmacy due to supply shortages at the original pharmacy. Because they agreed to the transfer, I couldn’t take the prescription elsewhere and my doctor is out of town and unable to fix immediately. The prescription had already been filled for over a year at a sister location to the chain and the pharmacist had access to this data. The pharmacist wouldn’t give me her name, said it was “her pharmacy and her license” and proceeded to discriminate against me because of other meds I have been legally prescribed post operatively and my medical history. As if living with a disabling injury isn’t hard enough, i work full time and have young children who need me to function and I have a system that I cannot trust to do what it is designed to do. Pharmacists can throw out my active and legal prescriptions and leave me struggling to fix the problem and pick up the pieces without the medicine deemed necessary by my highly specialized doctors with medical licenses. This is reprehensible, at best. Also when I called back later to get information to report, the store manager told me there was no pharmacist on duty and only techs. This doesn’t make any sense and pharmacies are not allowed to operate without a pharmacist on staff. They refused to provide this information. Don’t be me, stay away from this pharmacy."

"If they don't stock you meds, they won't call to let you know. Had ALL my meds coming on the same day until transferred to this walmart. Had to have all new prescriptions rewritten to a dependable pharmacy. Only can transfer scripts one time. Old pharmacy ( kubot) closed and were moved here. Not one month and everything was all messed up. The male pharmacist was rude af.. NEVER AGAIN !!"

"Went there today to fill a prescription. First time ever going and I will never be back. They not only were slow but they questioned me about my prescription like I was some addict. It was completely unprofessional and rude. I refused their service and left without filling it. I will never go back to this or any other Walmart pharmacy."
