"Very Nice and Pleasant At This Bakers Pharmacy."
"I have used Bakers or Kroger pharmacy for 30 plus years. When I relocated to the Omaha area and started using this pharmacy, it has been a nightmare. Multiple times they’ve said that they’ve faxed the doctor for refills, the doctor doesn’t receive the fax, I run out of meds, it becomes a 2-3 day ordeal that I have to handle … pharmacy is not going to help you a bit with ANYthing. I recently went out of state to visit family and needed to get some meds refilled while there, it literally took 4 days. The pharmacist named JOHN (unsure of spelling) refused to give the out of state pharmacy my prescription Information over the phone, insisting that he had to fax the information. After multiple calls from the out of state pharmacy and myself, he still didn’t send them, saying that he did AND telling myself and the out of state pharmacist that he was very busy. Finally, another pharmacist gave the prescription information over the phone. All of this was completely senseless!!!"
