"I have had this paramcy try to give me someone else's subscriptions on two separate occasions. Every time I tried to fill an order they were slow to acknowledge me and fill. The people all seem busy and friendly so I wonder if the process needs to be improved."

"In order to provide superior customer service you should have a certain amount of empathy, and be able to see through the customers eyes. Well, I had forgotten that they’re closed from 1-1:30, and urgently needed to pickup a prescription that I thought was ready, so at 1:20 as the pharmacist was going to lunch I asked if she could help me, and without any hesitation she happily grabbed the three, and made ready the fourth. "I have had my prescriptions here for many, many years and it has always been a wonderful experience. The past 6 months, however, have been less than satisfactory. My auto-fill prescriptions don't automatically refill anymore and even when I call to make sure they are ready, they are not. I know they are short help and I've tried to be patient with them. But my time is as valuable as theirs. Their recording says that it was filled on Nov. 27, but I call to make sure it has been filled it hasn't. They ask what time I would like to pick it up. I tell them noon. When I show up at 1:15, it still isn't ready. I have always loved doing my shopping at Baker's, but I just can't operate like this anymore."

"I love this place! They have great customer service. Unfortunately, this area is plagued with customers who have unrealistic expectations. I have waited in line on several occasions and witnessed customers screaming at the pharmacy staff because they have to wait 20mins. One person demanded to have there prescription back and they would drive to Walgreens because they had to wait 15mins. So let me understand this, you are going to take the RX back, drive 15 mins in 5pm traffic to a Walgreens, just to wait for 40mins? That prescription that would have taken 15mins to complete at Bakers would be completed by the time you arrived at the other pharmacy... I mean really.. I just smile and wait. I will always treat this staff with respect. Thank you guys for always providing care, wonderful advice, and offering the goodrx coupons ."
