"Patrick an adjuster for UFG offered up a theory to deny my claim that is still making me lol. These guys are underhanded, penny pinchers that live off of lies and deceit. Their insured has no moral character, just as UFG has no moral compass. Birds of a feather flock together"

"Stacie got hit by a repeated DUI offender. Was made much worse because guy was driving company car insured by UFG insurance. Permanent neck and back issues and the UFG cares more about the bottom line then they do people and doing what is right. Do not get insurance with UFG."

"They are withholding paying a tow truck driver after something that went down between the insurance tow truck driver and the tow truck driver that picked up our vehicle after an accident with one of their clients. We are having to pay the outstanding amount plus how long it was held after just to get our vehicle after being totaled out and is buying it back"
