The reason i gave the low rating was because i paid a little more than my usual monthly amount last month and that payment wasn't added to my bill. It got lost in the invoice with all the exorbitant charges that i was being charged. I subtracted $12.00 from my current bill for the monthly fee. I should have subtracted $12.01. My apologies for that. Another reason for the low rating, I've had billing issues with you guys several times. Had to take you off autopay a while back due to the billing issues. Plus when i call customer service, the calls go to the Philippines and that customer service is horrible. Hopefully me not paying that $12.00 doesn't create some kind of problem. But like i said that $25.00 i paid last month was not included. I could see in the invoice that it was lost in all those crazy charges. I do appreciate you taking care of that for me."

"The delivery driver cut my tree back. I had been growing that tree for 30 years to shade my tank and he just trimmed branches back for no apparent reason. The branches weren’t blocking anything they were shading the tank. I’ll be changing companies shortly. I’m tired of the service I’ve had from your company over 30 years with you. I’m done!"

"Cant talk to a live person. ordered gas 10 days ago. Still havent gotten it. Wait Time on the phone has been up to 1&1/2 hours to talk to someone. Going to look for another gas service. The Hell with Amerigas !"
