"Worst insurance company in Iowa. Had my home owners through them. When it went to renew in December it had gone up by 30% I asked why and my guy told me because of Covid. Which is ridiculous I didn’t have a claim or anything. So I asked to add my car to it and see if it would help the price. He said we would get back to me with prices. Now he hasn’t answered my calls or called me back. Name is bill or bob something like that. It’s been 4 months now. Still don’t have coverage because I can’t get ahold of anyone. They must Not make money on renewals anymore."
