"Overall they're pretty good here in the realms of bedside manner, professionalism and a job well done. Having that been said, there are a few things they need help with, such as their polychronic approach to impromptu appointments ahead of my planned appointment, lack of communication, and payment methods. I got VERY waylayed at this visit (40+ minutes) and wasn't until I asked I was only THEN given an explanation as to being waylayed by the aforementioned. If you're going to pay with a card, you'll have to use a credit card--no dice with debit being run as credit, for some very odd horse-and-buggey reason. So make sure you have one, go get one, or have a different payment option (check or credit) as payment is collected at time of service. Also, they don't break change, do if you overpay, they'll send you the difference. Brush and floss or choose your headache wisely."

Dr. Vela was thorough in performing my additionally complicated root canal procedure, taking the extra time and care necessary. Susie not only provided the doctor with assistance but provided me with comforting explanation during my extended time in the chair. Today, the day after, I am experiencing no pain and only the slightest numbness and swelling. Based on this experience, I give this practice a superior recommendation."
