"Wish I could give zero stars. I applied for a quote online, after a few days of not hearing anything I reached out and called and spoke to a gentleman at the winterset office. I gave him all of my vehicle vin numbers, my drivers license numbers, and everything he asked for. He told me he would call me back in a few hours to give me a quote, never heard from him. I then received an email from a different women that works at the winterset office asking for the exact same information. I then in the email provided yet again all of the information they asked for, and never heard back. Very unprofessional. Don't waist your time giving all your information to them. You will just be waisting your time."
