Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

"DO NOT and I'm serious DO NOT sign up for snapshot. They'll tell you that you have 45 days to opt out with no rate increase if it doesn't work for you. IT'S A LIE!!! I work early morning every weekend. I am dinged every time I drive to work. If my son is on my phone in the passenger seat it still dings me as if I am the one on the phone. And progressive would rather have you running an orange light than to stop for it. I drive far safer than what they are wanting me to. Only kinda good thing about progressive is their rate. But I'll be checking around to see if I can get a comparable rate elsewhere. I've had my motorcycle insurance through them for 4 years, no accidents. They'd rather see me go over lies. Sad."

"Their towing company is sucks. Their Servicer took forever. When they finally arrived, instead of a tow truck, they brought a winch vehicle. I contacted their servicer, they asked that I contact the insurance company again, to have them put in new request for towing. Since their first servicer was taking over three hours after a new request was send out, Progressive then requested a different towing company to come to my aid. Looks like they need a better and a caring towing company if they want business recommendations and positive stars."

"Progressive insurance was okay for the first year. After this first year coverage they increased our home insurance premium by 50% without notification. The next year after noticing our Escrow account was taking out hundreds of extra dollars we found out that Progressive had increased our premium another 50%. We canceled progressive after this and signed all documents to cancel. Progressive pursued our cancelation with a claims account denying it and months later we have a collection agency requesting on my credit report claiming we make a payment. Avoid Progressive Insurance unless you enjoy your rates increasing for no reason multiple times with zero notification fron Progressive."

"I have had progressive insurance for over a decade. Never had a claim the other day. Somebody else with progressive insurance ran into me. It's been an uphill Battle. The entire way to get progressive to pay out. Still have not settled with them what a gross misrepresentation of an Insurance Company. I canceled all my policies strongly suggest you avoid this company at all costs."

"They are investigating my crash instead of just going by the report the police did that favored the other driver and his supposed witness, that wasn't named on the accident report. They very quickly checked out my vehicle and issued me a check. They actually listened to me and were extremely helpful. Thank you Progressive for making this as easy as possible on me."
