"My kids and I went to this poor excuse for a restaurant on a Wednesday night around 7:30 and sat in the drive thru for over half an hour. 15 minutes while the car in front of us was on hold and then another ten once we got to the speaker only to be told they didn’t have chocolate shakes, or brownie pieces, or Oreo pieces, or slushes…like what do you have?? Then the girl on the speaker “Liz” put up a list of everything they were out of up on the screen. (See photo) This is after she went silent for five minutes or so while I was trying to order… I suggest finding a new line of work for yourself, Liz because customer service isn’t for you."

"Ordered via their app, which states when you arrive let us know which stall you are parked in. I did this and sat for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile an employee is walking around outside smoking a cigarette. I finally push the famous Red Button and a grouchy voice says something.... I ask for them to repeat it. Was then told they only have drive-thru. Then why the heck don't you block off the stalls or place a sign on each menu board stating this? And why didn't smoking employee ask me what I thought I was doing sitting there? I tell them I ordered via the app. Was told to drive around. I wait just a few minutes for my food. I'm given 2 cheeseburger coupons for my trouble. Drive away, park a few miles down the road to enjoy my onion rings, cheeseburger with bacon and peanut butter as well as peanut butter & bacon shake. Only to find the onion rings are BURNT and most of them stuck together. When I got home I discovered not only were they burnt and stuck together, but the batter was RAW in the middle. Ugh. The burger was GREASY. The shake, mighty tasty. What really bites about all of this is, I was "cheating" on my 1.5 year long diet & maintenance and I had to drive to the other side of town, 25 minutes away. I'll never use the cheeseburger coupons so they're just scratch paper at this point I'll be hard-pressed to return."

"Why can’t they do better?? I love Sonic, but I know if I’m going there I better have 30-45 minutes to get my food. The line is always so long and moves so slow. My order is rarely correct & I always have to wait longer to get my correct order. It’s so frustrating. The food itself I never have an issue with and that’s the only reason I keep going back. I love the cherry limeade slushie with nerds and their burgers are some of the best I’ve had!! Just please get new management or something !!"

"Some of the worst "customer service" I've seen. Not to mention when you get your order it looks like a child assembled it. Don't know why you're paying employees that can't perform one of the easiest jobs in the world"

"All of the stalls have a picture of drive thru only posted. Ordered through the app, a chicken strip meal and a drink. Only got my tots that looked like the chili was burnt. They brought out the food but was missing the chicken strips. Pressed the button so I didn’t have to sit in the long line. The guy answered it and said we are only taking orders in the drive thru and hung up. Went up to the door to find only one person working. A total of 1 person working the whole restaurant. Never got my chicken strips. Worst experience ever at Sonic."
