"Unable to put a kids sandwich without the bun in a to go box without charging for an adult salad? Why??? Terrible customer service. Didn't give them my money."

"Your average Subway Shop offering consistently good food at a great value. Cookie varieties are tasty, as well as a large variety of chips. The staff at this location has always offered friendly, courtesy, and quick service. The location is convenient, and the interior is well kept. I recommend trying this store any time you get the hankering for a made to order sandwich with fresh meat and veggies."

"Some place you go to eat there food it will look appealing. But in this case there tuna didnt look appealing, it had other stuff in tuna beside tuna. I ask what that's other stuff in tuna instead of picking it out, she scoop it up and place it on my tuna sandwich and continue making it. I'd sudden lost my appetite when she did that. Well I got home, sandwich taste wasnt satisfying cause I lost my appetite, so I threw it away....... dont waste your time at this subway, go to subway in Walmart 73rd. they care more about your placing a order. The subway appl SUCKS! Black female-July, Sunday didnt wash hands, just put gloves on, made my sandwich. She had attitude on serving me, No patience..as if I'm wasting her time being in store. What point of coming here n being treated this way.. Subway does not open at 9 am daily, misleading on time.."

"This place just needs help. Quality is declining rapidly, damn near no customer service skills (honestly feel like a burden while ordering) it takes me almost 45 minutes to get a sandwich because most time it’s 1 worker or 2 but only 1 making sandwiches while the other watches. The owner needs to step in and take care of this place because I watch just as many people turn around and leave after waiting as I do actually ordering. I went from subway every day during the week for lunch to just skipping lunch as a whole. That’s me and up to 6 others a day business is gone."

"The store itself is clean and nice, the first employee that was assisting me was cleanly and kind when handling my order. Half way through another employee came in and began to assist. This employee "washed" his hands, which consisted of a 5 second water rinse- no soap was used- put on gloves and began handling my order. He was fast but very sloppy and did not communicate much. My salad was barely chopped up and he put lettuce when I only asked for spinach. In addition he was not kind to his fellow employee and did not work together when prompted, instead just kept working and ignored his coworker. I know during this time things are hard and busy, but this employee did not seem to care about his quality of service but the other did. Hence me giving a 3 star."
