"We thought the 16.99 deal would be super good. We ordered for pick up. I checked in on tbe link provided, however it didn't seem to work as I waited 15 minutes before calling and they didn't even know I was there. I got the 8 grilled shrimp option and only received 6 shrimp. Which were laying on a burnt soggy piece of bread? I don't even know if that's what it was. My piece of cheese cake wasn't even a full piece. Wish I would have opened tbe bag and boxes while I was there as I would have asked for it to be remade. Just disappointed with our experience. "Food: variety and menu options is excellent. The food itself, including salad dressings, is more on the salty side. Great appetizers and shareable items. Service: was slow including the kitchen, but everyone there was very friendly! Prices: are reasonable given the portions and quality."

"Great food as always. Showed up around 5pm on a Friday and arrived just before the rush. Server was great and attentive. The place got busy quick. The Drinks were fantastic. And the desert was delicious."

"Gabbi was an amazing server. We asked to wait 20 minutes before we ordered our appetizer and she came right on time!! Bartender served my Patron just like I like it with freshly cut lines, not old dry ones. Ben the manager came by and checked on us and even helped me trying to figure out how to leave this review….. the processing of this review was the only complaint. Make is easier for next time, Please!!"

"Update: Manager reached out and offered to send some gift certificates so we'd come back. They never came so I reached out again. Again they never came. He acknowledged that the food is not as good as the Ankeny location and that they were working on it. So obviously we will never go back to that location as this is not the first time we had bad service but we always wanted to give them a second chance. No third chances now. There's something wrong with this location. Always have great food and service in Ankeny, but we've tried this location 3 times and we're done trying. We got the bloomin shrimp as our main, and they were bad! They were overcooked, cooked in very old oil or the wrong batter was used not to mention super salty. Idk what but even the waitress said they didn't look right. My husband got a pecan salad and the lettuce was brown. The waitress went and spoke to the manager, who never even came over, and we got 50% off. We just wanted to pay, leave, and never come back. Kind of ruined our love for Outback for a while. Go to Ankeny!"
