"What is it with this gym? We pay dues and not one single machine gets fixed for lengthy periods of time. The cardio machines- half don’t work. Lights—so many out. Bathrooms are in shambles. It just looks like a dirty gym. All the way around. Take pride in what you own and make your clients happy. Stop padding your executives pockets and put it into fixing the gyms that are terrible."

"This place is amazing ! They offer so much with different classes, the pool , the vast weight lifting area, and of course the cardio floor. Not to mention the track around the top with all the windows. It makes it almost relaxing when running. My trainer Keenan is absolutely wonderful! You can tell he really loves what he does. He provides super helpful information and amazing workouts tailored to you to help you reach your goals. He’s super easy going and very professional. I look forward to continue working with him."

"Showers are out of 5 showers done to 2 and the rest are in very poor condition, see attached pictures. Manger has made several requests for major repairs. I feel like I am paying $4 per gallon and the station has got the system set up to only provide 75% for each gallon sold. I think I should be getting a full gallon that I paid for, wouldn't you? Staff are doing their jobs and maintaining things but they don't due plumbing."

"Genesis Health Club Sprauge is a average to nice gym. It has a pool cardio movie theater half court basket ball lots of cardio equipment a racket ball court and more. The reason why I would give it a 3.5 of 5 (I rounded down to a 3) is the flooring on the 1st floor is in bad shape. Needs to be at the least cleaned if not replaced. Some equipment has rust spots and pads that are torn and could use being replaced. One stair machine in the cardio theater needed service as it was not operating as it should. Again not a bad gym if it’s close to you it’s worth going but there are other locations that are nicer and newer."
