"We had the delivery driver show up randomly one day to fill our tank. He gave an attitude because the gate was locked and we have dogs out and he couldn't get in. We let him know we work during the day and need some kind of notice so we can make arrangements to be there. Well he never came out again and it's been 2 weeks and we keep getting the run around on getting him back out here. No one can give is a straight answer, it's always he will be here tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes and no delivery, 3 days in a row of that. Called today and the lady said that we aren't on the schedule."
"Tom at High Country Propane was friendly and professional - now have enough propane to have a great family BBQ !"
"Had issues with Campora (found out they are not a locally owned company now and customer service has gone to the wayside . Called High Country and Susie in the office was great, explained about the company, got us switched over with no issues. Wes and Tony came out and set the new tank, checked everything out and were very professional and friendly. We are sure we made a good move"
"The woman who answers the phone is rude & unprofessional. They’re supposed to check the tank when in the area but never have. I have to call when I think we may be getting low. Last year they wouldn’t come out because they said the roads weren’t plowed. After two months I called the ranger station and found out they were plowed. Our tank was empty by the time they filled it. We had to drive 400 miles to light the pilots & check for broken pipes. Same thing was happening this year so we changed services to Hunt & sons. They have been awesome!! They check the tank every 2 weeks in the winter and monthly in the summer."
