"This week I needed to have two crowns replaced that were difficult to reach and I was rather anxious about the whole process as they had been in place many years, and knowing my jaws would need to be wide open for some time. Well, from my coming to the office to leaving after the procedure was finished, each one of the staff at Lakeside Dental put me at ease and the the manner in which the stubborn crowns were removed and the temporary crowns were inserted was not nearly as frightening as I'd imagined! They had a new implement to hold my jaws open which was fantastic! It had the block to hold my jaw open and attached was a malleable rubber-type end that had small holes in it which allowed water to keep my mouth moistened and held my tongue down, so I didn't have to do anything but lie there and let them do their work! Dr. Yen an her assistants explained everything to me as they went which also helped reduced anxiety! I highly recommend Lakeside Dental for all your dental needs!"
