"Had thousands of dollars of work, which isn't lasting longer than 9 months. Run into numerous issues throughout the course of the past year. Dr. Jones is a solid dentist, but the systems and staff around him don't match. The front desk staff deter me from even wanting to call or come in, acting like it's a burden to schedule things and stick to the schedule. Now paying a second time to have their work fixed and they continually invoice me after advising them I'm moving to a different dentist. Honestly, worth while paying elsewhere simply to not have to deal with the reception staff. Dr. Jones at another dentist where they had these issues fixed would be amazing, because he really is a solid guy. Would not recommend the dentistry though."
