"This Casey’s was filthy. The bathroom was horrible which didn’t have any hand soap or paper towels. The staff behind the counter was enjoying a lively conversation and gave me impression they could care less. I notice the kitchen staff employee head must have been cold since his hood was pulled over his head. It looked very unprofessional."

"Manager was very rude, disrespectful and racist! So much so that he attempted to throw money out of his wallet at me when I requested my refund in addition to coming from behind the pizza counter to step into a black woman’s person space very aggressively. Behavior was completely uncalled for when I had a legitimate concern on why my 5:51pm pizza order was not complete at 7:00pm yet a woman whose order was due at 7:05pm same number of pizzas (2) was able to walk out with her pizza in hand after I hand been waiting in store for 30minutes! Will never return to this Casey’s location. That man should not have a position there if he has no customer service etiquette let alone a manager."

"Ordered pizza and cheese bread last minute for a party they called me and asked if I wanted it sooner! Of course! Then when I arrived the man working carried my pizza and cheese Bread to the counter for me as I had many other items. I couldn’t recommend this place enough excellent customer service. Every single time I am here !"

"I'll give a 2 because most of your people have customer service training and would of called to let you know we have a big order and we will need x amount of time. I walk in here and they were done with the order and didn't even start my order and till I said something. Then want to be rude when you ask them about it. My food was done and because they didn't remake a pizza they gave mine to someone else."

"I had to rewrite my review because honestly I’m just really mad because of the quality and the obvious lack of character from this particular store. I am astounded that even after asking for help because the order was wrong and missing items and we found some nasty stuff in the boxes of our pizzas that one the order got re-corrected not only did they just send back the minimum the $34 I had spent on two dozen cookies was wasted because they only sent me 4 cookies. 2 dozen is 24 cookies. I ordered 24. You gave me 4!!! Yeah I’m mad. I have every right to be. You advertise a service that you can’t provide. In my book that’s fraud. Getting 1/5th of what I paid for and ordered isn’t right and it’s not fair. I paid you for it. Don’t advertise delivery if you can’t successfully deliver the products."
