Farmers Mutual of Nebraska District Claims Office - Omaha

"STAY AWAY! they take your money but do not want to pay out. I paid them for 24 years had 2 claims and the adjuster we had local in Omaha didn’t like when I told him what I had heard about him (I was in construction all my life and people talk). So they wouldn’t cover hardly anything from a hailstorm. People all around us got everything covered no problems. Then while I was fighting with them to get things covered (example $7500 outdoor furniture destroyed and gave us $150 for it) I find out they are dropping us. Luckily my insurance man called and told me. We never got anything from them. With a reputable company now and have no problems. Stay away from this company unless you’re a lawyer or have lots of money to fight them in court. And good luck if you get the adjuster out of Omaha."

"Canceled insurance over a month ago and still getting billed. Sent emails to agent to cancel and was never canceled. Had to call in to cancel weeks later was told we would probably get a credit and still was billed. We have had 3 agents in 5 years. Look elsewhere for help with plenty of other options out there."

"We had our roof replaced after a storm and the company didn’t install it properly causing it to leak in every room of our house. We got someone to finally come out months later and they ruled it as “residual moisture”! Every time it rains or snows the ceiling stains more and you can even see shingles that aren’t laying properly from the ground, and a stain that has the same exact shape as a spot on the roof that thaws out the quickest. They stated the damage would be fixed for under our deductible by having a company come spray for mold but not fix the stains on the ceiling!! Complete BS!!!!!!!!"
