"If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I ordered my food and got a call 10 mins later telling me they don’t have the soda I ordered and that the one grill was down, but they said they had another grill. so I ordered a different soda. After that I didn’t receive my food at all after waiting for 2 hours so I called and asked to cancel. The worker at the desk said I could cancel my order and get a refund. That’s all I wanted at this point. A hour later a got a knock at the door when I was already asleep, and it was the food I ordered 3 hours ago. So I called and said again that I canceled my order and I will receive a refund. Never received a refund and the order was missing half of the items. This is on top of this place charging all these extra expensive fees for no reason. On top of all of this the manager ended up giving me a call just to argue over the phone that they can not return my money. I will never come back to this place, it is such a rip off."

"Ordered 4 topping pizza while visiting San Francisco. Process was easy, user friendly, great customer service rep on phone. Pizza, hot & delivered to motel rm on time by courteous young man. DELICIOUS PIZZA too!"

"We started at the Best Western in Fort Lauderdale and thought we should try the card in the room from OrderInn. I called in the order and was told it would be $44.90 plus tax. I was also expecting a delivery charge but he never mentioned it. He called me later to ask if I was happy with the service and I said I hadn't received anything yet. He said he had confirmation that it had been delivered. He said he work look into it but in the meantime I decided to go downstairs and see for myself. I found the driver after about 10 minutes. He said he had called my room a number of times but the phone was right beside me and it never rang until his boss called to see if I was happy with the service. Then I got another big surprise. The bill was$64.21. not only was there a delivery fee which I was okay with the charges service fees if $5.34, packaging fee of $5.95, and to top it off they charged a cash handling fee of $3.95. normally I get a discount for paying in cash. Then with the delivery being late the the arguing over the phone out good was cold and not very enjoyable. I don't care if they charge all these extra fees but be up front about it and let the customer know in advance. I will never support this business ever again."

"Ordered a pizza, 1 hour after ordering ,NO pizza. Called and they had delivered to a hotel 20 min away. The first kid had put the area number in wrong. So now had to reorder and wait again. Told her I would be checking my order in 30 min to make sure it was on the way. 2 minutes later it finally arrived only2 hours after initial order placed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

"We ordered pizza, wings and an antipasto salad. It took more than the 45 minutes promised—more like an hour and 10 minutes. The salad was good and as ordered—without onions. The pizza was ok. The wings were incredibly small but were well-cooked and tender. The barbecue sauce included with the wings was delicious. I was surprised that the person who took my order didn’t ask me if I wanted to give a tip. I gave it to the delivery person when they delivered the food."
