"The touchscreen was broken when I came. When I called the customer service, she informed me that a work order had been placed three days ago. She offered to extend the pickup time, to which I doubt anything will be fixed by then. Let's hope so. Won't be using these again."
"The Amazon locker system is my favorite way to return items to this retail giant at no cost to me. Recently, the option to pick up your purchase at the locker of your choosing also has become available. This is a great way to avoid the disturbing trend of front door package theft when no one is home to accept delivery. This specific locker - named Garland - is my personal favorite since it's conveniently located near where I live. Because it's right next to the main entrance of an Albertsons in a shopping plaza with many other stores and people/shoppers always present, it's also a very safe place to go most any time of the day. Two shady benches are also located by this locker if you feel like sitting down and resting for a while."
