"A female staff treated us poorly. Pretty much harassed us during our time there. The manager wasn’t any better. The female staff also accused us of trying to steal Jumps. When we were following our one year old and 3 years old around. It was an awful and uncomfortable experience. It almost felt like she was being racist towards us. I wish I never took my kid there to celebrate his birthday."

"If your child is under 48 inches you will only be able to use half the park. Will the price be cheaper? Absolutely not. Me and my sister-in-law checked in at the same time. The guy gave her free socks with 90 minute purchase when I was charged $5 a pair. Won't be going back."

"The prices are absolutely outrageous!!!! 21$ a person is insane, way overpriced it's criminal! To jump on some trampolines? No thank you! Also they only offer 90 minute jumps & not 60 anymore. 90 minutes is too long for the young ones and cannot jump that long. Not to mention they are dirty. Floors are very sticky as well. Not impressed."

"This place is ridiculous for kids under 48 inches. The girl monitoring the kids making sure everyone in the rightfully areas has been overly excessive with my children 5-6 yrs old! I will not be back, at least til they are taller than 48 inches. From her telling my kids to stay off the walls, and to switch out our socks and the little extra explaining she felt she had to do but not to a single other parent! I feel like she was picking on my children because they were mixed! What a waste of my money, my kids were asking to leave not even 20 minutes in!"
