"Dr. Jeppesen and his staff have gone above and beyond when it comes to helping my daughter, who recently broke her front tooth. They made sure to get her an appointment within the same day we called, and fixed the tooth without any issues. I’m so grateful for their great service. Other dental offices don’t treat a broken tooth as an emergency, but to a teenager, it is very traumatic. Thank-you so much Dr. Jeppesen."
"My experience with this dental office is similar to others’ who have had bad experiences with their billing practices. My family has been a long time client. I’m a recent military retiree, so my dental was always covered by military dentists - 26 years of great dental care in the Navy. In that time, not once did I ever have a “bad” report from the dentist, then upon retirement, I joined in this “family” dentist practice. During my first visit I was told that I required significant dental procedures - crowns - on multiple teeth. I then had a follow up and was told again that another tooth required a crown…Then I got the first bill. Crowns, they tell me are not covered by insurance, but they’d do “all they can” to work with insurance to cover the costs. My next notification was a summons notifying me of court procedures to collect my bill. As with one of the other reviews, I should have read the fine print - my co-pay insurance was never contacted, and either way, crowns are not covered anyway. Wish they would have told me that - I never would have agreed. For 26 years my teeth were fine, and I was having no problems when they sold me a bag of goods - now, one of the teeth that received a crown is very sore. Clearly they do terrible work anyway! Beware of this office - they are disingenuous and probably just trying to pass the cost of their palatial new office off to their customers. Obviously, my family has taken our business to a different “family dentist…”"
"This place is the absolute best. I have had two root canals done here, both by Palmer, and it has been the best experience both times. Most recently, I had a broken tooth, and they were able to diagnose treatment, which started as a build up and crown and turned into a root canal and crown, and finish the job all in the same visit, and got me out at the time I needed to be out. This is most definitely a case by case situation, but either way I was super happy and impressed. I live farther away from Papillion now but I will always make the drive here when I need dental work done. A+ and always completely painless. Tell your friends and family!"
"MEDICARE PATIENTS BEWARE! Don't visit this dental office! You have been warned! Went in for a consultation. Signed paperwork to see the dentist. Insurance, consent to treat, acceptance of my responsibility of responsibility to pay my part that insurance doesn't cover etc. So I thought. I'm on Medicare, Medicare has a contracted amount of standard cost and this is an agreement between dental offices, doctors and their offices and Medicare. When I signed all my paperwork, trusting that this dental office follows the proper protocol of Medicare well, it turned out I was wrong. Along with my responsibility of my share I signed a contact that I will pay all my co pays and EVERYTHING ELSE MEDICARE DOESN'T PAY ABOVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MEDICARE AND THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Now, we have gotten relaxed in this digital world and don't read the fine print when we sign our life away so I, being trusting signed the forms. When I signed, I assumed it was an agreement to take care of my part. Naturally. NOPE! I was also signing to take care of 100% of all costs above what Medicare has contracted with them. I called Medicare to find out how I pay, what was outlined for my coats and as it was being looked into. A Medicare employee saw that I paid money to have an extraction. She said there wasn't supposed to be a co-pay on the extraction. She said there is contracted amount and extractions were covered by Medicare 100% so she put in a request to have this investigated. I got a call back by Medicare and was told I signed a contract to pay the full price above Medicare's contracted amounts. WOW! I also was billed for the balance of the extraction besides almost 100. 00 above the contacted amount. I signed it so I pay it. Called to pay the dirty amount they billed me and I was told I didn't have a balance. Hmmm. I was going to pay the $30. I'm sure they are dirty enough to turn me into collections for an outstanding balance above Medicare's contracted amounts if I didn't. They should have a specific conversation so Medicare patients know and UNDERSTAND they are paying 100% of their full fees above the contracted amount they agree upon when accepting Medicare PATIENTS. Don't just sign papers without reading & understanding them 100% they aren't your standard agreement at this dental office. Buyer beware! I know, I sign, I pay."
"I have a phobia of dentists and never go. Then I had a tooth that needed a root canal. Addison Jeppesen was amazing. The extra care he took to ensure I was comfortable was amazing. Highly recommended and they have me as a patient forever. The staff is so nice."
