"The worst dental office I’ve ever dealt with. The run around just to get my permanent crowns placed has been insane. The front desk people are rude and don’t care about customer service and the dentist rushes the work to get as many people in and out as he can. If you can avoid this place please do!"

"Absolutely the worst dentist in Iowa and the staff is extremely rude they informed me today they can’t schedule an appointment for me due to too many missed appointments but I was admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery I called to let them know I was in hospital and they could speak to my doctor they informed me it was okay apparently it wasn’t don’t waste your time with these people they don’t care about you!"

"I have had to listen to my mother's woes about Dream Dental for like 18 months. No one answers the phone, no one returns phone calls. They last minute cancel appts & then don't have availability to fit you in for MONTHS after they cancelled you (and you've already been waiting months in the first place). The first appt she had with them was less than a year after she had some dental work done at her old office (they stopped taking her ins so she had to switch) the dentist tried to tell her she needed all kinds of additional work & that she supposedly had all these issues with her teeth even tho there was nothing wrong from that previous appt. I would let my teeth rot & fall out of my face before I would use this practice. If I could give negative stars I would."

"This isn't a family-friendly place. The only dentist along with the receptionists were not friendly. The dentist was rude, and seemed irritated with me for asking questions about my daughter's exam. My teenage daughter was frightened by the dentist, and did not feel comfortable in his chair. I don't recommend taking your children here. If you are a busy family person, you might miss appointments.They will not take you back if you do."

"DON’T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! Tried to belittle me because I was asking questions about why he was trying to force 2 year boy to sit still. “Behavior Management” on my referral to a new dentist because my child was scared and I was concerned and asking questions. He tried to ruin my child’s first dentist experience because he “didn’t have time”."
