"I come here a lot for work. but today was an awful experience, I placed an online order at 9am for 11am pickup- 7 sandwiches and 1 salad. I show up right before 11am, told the lady behind the counter that I was here to pick up a online order, knowing I was going to have to wait since I was early. She was very rude and said that I was gonna have to wait a bit because she had a bunch of cater orders. So I sat down and waited, 2 other people came in and ordered and got their food and left. it is now 1130 and I went up to ask how much longer it would be for my order, she again said that I was gonna have to wait she was almost done with the cater boxes. when I finally got my order about 12pm. got back to my office and 1 sandwich was missing, had to go to get it. When I went in another lady spoke to me and I told her what happened and she got me the sandwich right away. Not sure if it is new management or what. But they need to do a better job at customer service. None of the regular people I would see there were there. Thank god for the men that looked like they were there for a meeting jumping in to help them( not sure if it was a GM)"
