"Although I have historically had great experiences at other Summit locations, today was anything but at the Center street office. Having completed my forms online before my appointment, I showed up around 1030 for my 1040 appointment. After 45 minutes of sitting in the waiting room I had not been updated on why my appointment was delayed. I overheard staff talking about not having enough rooms for one to be available, so I’m confused as to why they kept allowing people with later appointment times than me go back. It’s also baffling why they would schedule in such a way that one patient encounter going over results in such a catastrophic delay for another patient. The front staff never bothered to update me on what was going on, why things were delayed, and what was being done to try and fix the problem until it was clear I would likely have to reschedule even. After waiting a few months to get in because of how far out scheduling is, I ended up having to leave after 60 minutes without being seen because of such a long delay and no guarantees of being able to get don’t everything I needed for today’s visit without having to break it up into multiple times during the day or across multiple days. Despite my previously positive experiences, this is making me rethink ever returning to any Summit location in the future since they 1) effectively cancelled my appointment after it took a long time to even get one and 2) offered to mutually acceptable solutions to getting things made right."

"Absolutely awful! (**BEWARE OF THE OLD GRUMPY LADY IN THE FRONT**) I specifically came here because they took my partners insurance & the hygienist even stopped before doing a procedure to make sure it was going to be covered. We were quoted at 35$ & told insurance would cover 80% of what was being done. We agreed to move forward because that was doable. All of this was done in 1 day. I loved the front desk (A younger blonde girl took care of us & explained the insurance & what was covered) (or so I thought) & the staff was wonderful. We had to return the following day for additional work & that was when all hell broke. It was another receptionist who has no training in bedside manner & has no empathy for clients at all. I voiced my concerns of payment because we were told one thing the day before & we did not have the funds to cover the procedure. She was very inconsiderate and continued to just bring up payment plans. I understand it is not in her hands whether we are covered or not but she could've at least talked with the other receptionist and seen where they went wrong with communication and definitely needs work on her tone. She's clearly unhappy & needs to find a different job. I will make sure to let people know of my awful experience here and the misleading information that they seem to just throw around. If I could rate the man who did the procedure I would give him 5 starts. He was very respectful and I trusted him to be telling the truth but who knows."

"I rescheduled an appointment 3 months ago. Today they asked me to come in early or later as they were short a Hygienist. I chose the later time, came in 30 mins before my scheduled 1pm appt. I watched all 5 patients come in later than me and we're all scene before me. Nobody said a thing. I've been going here 2 years now and they're always a mess, I've had to see 3 different dentist due to staffing issues. I'm giving them one more chance. The staffing has always been polite but today they were nicely ignorant."

"My appointment was for 10:00 and I was called back to see the dentist at 10:01. Dr Davis did my consultation and by 10:12 I was done. Dr Davis always has a positive and cheerful disposition and truly cares about his patients. The staff there is also very friendly."
