"Great place hands down!!! They got me right in and got my problems taken care of right then and there, and Dr P. is awesome he actually talks with you and gives you the confidence you need to get through your procedure. The assistant Adam was so gentle and wonderful. Really made things that much more comfortable. The front office ladies are so caring and made sure I was taken care of the whole time! Definitely will be a returning customer! Absolute best emergency dental in my opinion."
"Awful dentist office. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Staff made me wait an hour to be seen while they talked about other patients openly in lobby the whole time, then when i finally did get seen they took xrays and spent another hour of waiting to tell me what i already knew. Dentist Trent Tobler came in and spent the first 5-10 minutes talking about his crocs boots before even acknowledging me and then asked some questions, numbed me up and left. At that point one of the assistants came in to ask about payment which was weird thing to ask AFTER i had already been numbed up, and proceeded to tell me they would need 1000-500 dollars to start and get me to try and sign up for 2 different credit cards that i could use to pay for my visit that shouldve been covered 80% by my insurance. These people are frauds taking advantage of people who need help."
"I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this dental facility. Completely unprofessional and not the first unpleasant experience my spouse has had. Since when does a dental facility "NOT HAVE" anesthesia on hand for procedures let alone an emergency dental facility. Lidocaine is all you have to offer when cutting the gums to extract tooth fragments???? If his LAST visit had been properly noted and review before THIS visit they would have seen that they used anesthesia, and that it would have been needed for this scheduled appointment. Seems very illogical and dang near illegal to me. Also how do you justify running our card for 1400 dollars and not provide a detailed invoice..... the "procedure" itself took about 15 minutes but he was there for almost 4 hours!!!! How is this a business? How is this an ethical practice?"
"I went to this place they over charged me by over $1500. When I called them to get it back I got excuse after excuse. When they finally agreed to the the refund they said they only process refunds one day out of every month. I still have yet to get my money back. I would definitely of you go there check if you were over charged they said they do not notify you of your over charged. I happed to check."
"I had once given this place a 5 star review. It was my go to place for my dental emergencies, and I refuse to go there any more. It has always been a bit pricey, but before at least quality work was done. The only insurance I had a the time was Medicaid, which they do not accept. I had a tooth pulled and a cavity filled. Over $2000. I don't recall the dentist's last name, but I do remember his first name was Trent. When pulling the tooth, he broke part of my hard pallet. I still have sensitivity to hot and cold in that spot like the tooth is still there. There was a piece of bone sticking out of my gums, and he "couldn't figure out" why I was in so much pain. And referred me out. This is after 4 trips there from being in so much excruciating pain, even with pain medication. Then there was the filling he did. About 6 months later I was having pain in that tooth, decided to ignore it, because I had no regular dentist to go to, and wasn't going back to Tomorrow's Dentistry Today. The pain went away for a while. About 6 months after that, I felt like I had something in my teeth so I was trying to floss and the filling popped out. I had some good interactions with the reception staff, however two different times the lady didn't seem to know what she was talking about, There is one dentist there that I have encountered who actually seems to know what he is doing. Again I don't recall his name, and am not sure he is still there. He is a seasoned dentist, very good bedside manner, white hair, and actually does a good job. If you are having a dental emergency, I would definitely suggest seeking help elsewhere. The prices here are very high, and unless you are lucky enough to go when the staff and dentist who know what they are doing are there, it will be a longer more painful process than it has to be."
