"Have always taken my kids here now I'm switching. Dr is great her staff that does billing do not know how to do it. I gave the kids insurance cards when they got their teeth cleaned but they didn't check it. Then again 2 months later when my daughter got her cavity filled I gave her insurance card. I was told my portion to pay and paid it. Few weeks ago they called to say the girl that took My insurance put in the wrong insurance which was never for my kids. She apologized and said they owed me a refund. Today I get bill saying I owe them over 500$ because they no longer take my insurance but I have not gotten a call since I was told I was owed a refund, when I asked why they didn't tell me this before completing services she was very rude and said they had a girl last year that erased their whole system and that I should have known they changed and no longer took my insurance. She told me dr offices don't check your insurance prior to services which I know is not 100% accurate and why did it take 3 months to figure this out obviously I was upset but instead of diffusing the situation she was very rude blamed me and past workers and said I'm leaving it at that."

"I didnt like how it was pretty much just one big room. There is no privacy for the patients. Other than that the staff was very friendly and great with my child allowing her to look at the "pictures" of her teeth with them and answering all questions she or I had."
