Joshua Weeks: Allstate Insurance

"The worst policy I've ever had in my life. I had both auto and home insurance with Allstate. When an accident occurred, they refused to pay the claim, citing a 3-day policy lapse that I was never informed about. There was no communication regarding a failed ACH payment until I initiated the claim. It was only then that they sent an email stating that my coverage had lapsed, which I had no prior knowledge of. I contacted Josh and several customer support representatives, each giving different responses and escalating the issue. I no longer trust Allstate and have canceled all my policies with them. I've also advised my friends and family to do the same. If you're with Allstate, be cautious and don't assume you're covered blindly. Their slogan, 'You're in good hands,' is completely misleading!"

"I’m sorry this has to go on Joshua Weeks reviews when it’s Allstate policy. Allstate will not insure anyone who does not have a history of having car insurance within the past six months so if you’re going without a car for six months and then you try to get insurance, Allstate will not cover you that is all."
