"I, having lived in Ida Grove and knowing several who have used her I hear nothing but horrific nightmares as to her work. Go for a crown or root canal and end up at specialists for repairs and time off work due to infections etc. Buy a box of chicklets and glue them in yourself you will be money ahead."
