"I don’t got to this location often. But when I do the drive thru service is always slow and staff are usually unfriendly. Today’s visit was no different, the girl at the speaker was pleasant but the girl at the window was very rude. We got the wrong food in our order, and we ordered the new panda Sundae, needless to say it was not what we were expecting for $3 and looked nothing like what the photo shows. I really would not recommend this location to anyone due to the low quality food, and the rude staff."

"I know they were busy in drive thru but dine in wasn't busy at all. A little better hospitality for the dine in customers would've been nice. The burger melt was so so. Nothing too impressive. The fries were hot and that kind of made up for the so so burger melt."

"Hit drive through service was slow but to be fair could have been short staffed as we did have blizzard like conditions. Food was ok, not a lot of flavor."

"Waited at pickup window for food for over 10 minutes just to get home and find almost half the order wasn’t there. Called in and spoke to manager, she didn’t sound sorry. Told her I’ll bring all the food back and they could remake the order so I could have warm food and was told they can only make what was missing. Customer service at its WORST!! If fast food workers ever think they deserve $15/hr. they definitely need a long way to go to prove that they deserve it!"
