"How can you just drop someone at the station at 2:00 AM in the morning and say that this station will remain closed the whole night?!! In such a shady part of the town, I also had a disabled women with me stranded there. Next layover was over 3 hours. With no water and toilets nearby, even the pump next to it closed throughout the night, I have never felt so vulnerable in my whole life. I have seen bus stations having armed police for the safety of people overnight, with vending machines and all, but I was totally astonished at the behaviour of the Jefferson lines staffs. How could they just close it overnight, and make the passengers sit outside in the open?!!!"

"Reliable, inexpensive. Driver was generally smooth like a cloud. Nicest folks I have ever ridden with on a Greyhound/Jefferson....was actually wishing I was feeling more sociable. People just chatting freely and a relaxed tone. Public transport, delivered well."

"The drivers are very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I highly recommend that if you can take a train or plane. Thekind if treatment and the way the drivers talk to people is uncalled for and unexceptionable. I did nothing but talk nice. My bus cancelled I was left in Des Moines Iowa for 6 hours they didn't give me new tickets the bus driver acted like it was my fault talked to me rude and disrespectful. I will never take a bus again. This is not the first driver that was rude my first bus driver was rude to another passenger , second bus driver very nice next two the same kind of rude treatment. Got on the bus from Des Moines going to Kansas City and the plug one are turned off someone went and asked the driver to turn them on so I could keep my phone charged and the driver said he wouldn't turn on the plug ins if people are going to be talking on there phones. What kind of treatment is this kind you the bus isn't even load. But who is to think he can do this when I paid for the ticket. Lord help me keep my cool."

"The terminal has gone through a remodeling. Nice terminal. CLEAN TERMINAL! Not many I've seen across country that are kept up on this. Small Terminal. No covering for buses as they approach outside. It can be a bit chaotic during the rush periods. Otherwise, the staff in the terminal are friendly. I see the hours are from 4am to 1130p,(Kansas City @410a; Minneapolis and Sioux Falls via Albert Lea @545a; Omaha and Denver@545a; Chicago Direct@830a; Cedar Rapids and Rockford@855a; Burlington, Indianapolis and St. Louis@855a; Minneapolis Local@1140a; Chicago Direct@3p; Omaha and Denver@610p; Ft. Smith and Texarkana via Kansas City@615p; Omaha Express@1115p; Chicago Direct @1110p; Minneapolis Direct@1130p; points of connections as Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma City, Albuquerque, Phoenix and Los Angeles via Tulsa@1145p) closing when the last bus scheduled. I guess since there are no overnight buses, no need to stay open."
