"Hey guys cann here from canndoesreviews. Great food here usually, but your experience really depends on who's working. Sometimes you get a perfect burrito that is on another level other times you get a messy glop that tastes stale and kinda musty"

"My recent visit to Pancheros in Iowa City left me extremely dissatisfied. Not only was I charged double the expected amount, but the quality of the burrito was disappointingly low. When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, they refused to provide the service I rightfully expected. This experience was frustrating and has left a negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Overall, an unfortunate and frustrating visit."

"Tried to pick up an order I had placed through the app. Was ignored for the 15 minutes I was there, cashier didn't look at me at all despite trying to get her attention multiple times. After going to the beginning of the line, found out my food hadn't even been started. Acknowledge customers in the pickup line, there's probably a reason they ordered ahead of time."

"The food was great, however the service could have been a lot better. There was an over 5 minute wait while one of the servers went in the back for some reason, leaving our half-made food to go cold. Hopefully that was a one-off and not an indication of their everyday level of customer service. The burritos were yummy though."

"I have never been to a Pancheros before. Wow, what an experience. Lived up to the hype. I am not really a fan of chipotle, but I am definitely a fan of this. The handmade tortillas are so good. Burrito was delicious and service was great. I cannot wait to go back!"
