"1st off we have been going to the orthodontist for abt a year, most appointments were pretty good... This time HORRIBLE had to wait in the waiting room for over 45 minutes watched people walk in after us and get right in. Mind you we were on time, on top of that waited another 20 minutes in the actual Dr chair. The lady who worked on my childs teeth made him bleed. It was literally the worst experience at this office EVER!!!"
