"Horrible, there is a secretary that is racist and rude and accusing me of being frustrated with her for just talking to my partner in another language. It was really horrible. I ended up going to the emergency room at night due to a panic attack and anxiety due to the bad time. That we where put in what happens to me and my partner is really unnecessary and the will not do anything for this"

"Gym itself is nice and equipment is kept in good condition. Staff is friendly but lazy. Spend most of their time sitting around and talking amongst themselves instead of making sure the gym is kept in order. There doesn’t seem to be any enforcement of the rules. People will sit on equipment for long periods of time on their phones doing no actual work. Also, people will rarely wipe down equipment when they’re done. Hours and days are also strangely limited."

"Love my gym!!! It is missing a couple of machines I really wish they had.. and I wish my 9 yo was allowed in the gym with me under my supervision because he is very interested in fitness, and it's something we like to do together.. the location i like best is closed on Saturdays, which is such a bummer because Saturday is one of my favorite gym days, and the gym is just better at the Oxbow location... but the tea ellis location has a better pool for kids and a better spa area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. daycare ladies are wonderful. It's a comfortable judgment free atmosphere. my older kids can go swim while I'm in the gym, which they love. There is so much they have to offer that i haven'teven tapped into yet. I definitely recommend taking a look. Overall, it's a great gym!"

"This Facility has the basic equipment needed to have a good workout. I stopped by and got a day pass while on a trip. The day pass was $15.00. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in it is a good gym but lacks extra accessory equipment."
