"I purchased 4 Adec refurbished chairs and honestly, I did not know what to expect. The chairs arrived today and they look brand new. And yes, there is a difference between refurbished chairs and used chairs. I purchased 2 used 511 chairs from another vendor and they are OK but Independent Dental refurbished chairs look amazing. The refurbished chairs were a little pricier compared to used chairs but definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Our busy metropolitan dental office did an expansion from 3 to 8 ops. If ever there was a need for equipment, that was the time. After getting estimates from the major ADEC distributor (starts with P...) we realized that we needed to go another route. We became aware of Independent Dental. Thankfully, their Iowa location isn't far from our Minneapolis office. I was able to travel to Sutherland and meet the President of the company and tour the facility. It's an amazing operation. They source used dental equipment from all over the country. It arrives at their huge production plant and undergoes extensive refurbishment in their mechanical, electric, upholstery, carpentry and paint divisions. The "used" equipment comes out better than new - at a fraction of the cost. Add to that value conscientious delivery, install and after-sale service and you've got one happy customer. And - bonus - Independent Dental even arranged for an equipment loan with their local bank in Iowa for us. We ended up financing elsewhere but that's an indication of how much they'll work with a customer to get the job done."
