"I scheduled an appointment for about 3 months out for a teeth cleaning. A few weeks before my appointment I found out I had to leave town for work, so I called to reschedule, and they told me they could put me on a waiting list. I waited a month, did not receive any calls, and called to reschedule another appointment. At this point, 4 months after the original call, they informed me I could not be seen because my parents did not pay their bill in the past. The fact that I am being scrutinized by the financial decisions of someone else aside, it was very unprofessional for them to wait 4 months to tell me this."
